Order Changes, Returns, and shipping policies

It is your responsibility to make sure all of your information is correct (billing and shipping).

If you need to make changes to your order please send all changes to [email protected] or give us a call at 828-668-2732. We will try our best to change your order, but it is not guaranteed.

Due to health concerns we cannot refund or re-accept any package that has left our facility.

If your package has not left our facility you can request a refund.

IMPORTANT If your order is missing an item or damaged upon arrival, you will have 7 days from the date of delivery to make a claim.  Please contact [email protected] for support.

Note: For customers that place multiple orders packages will be shipped together in one package.

Processing Times 

We are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. Eastern Standard time

We are a small business so please be patient with us. We use the weekends to catch up on clerical work and restock items.

Normally, processing time is 1-5 business days. However, most orders will be processed the by the next business day if placed before 3 p.m.

Shipping Method Domestic 

Our default shipping method is via USPS or Fedex. 

Orders under 1 lb are shipped First Class Mail(2-7 business days)

Orders over 1 lb are shipped via Fedex Smartpost if Smartpost is not the best option than USPS or UPS may be chosen.(2-7 business days). 

We also offer expedited shipping through FedEx, USPS, and UPS.

We are not responsible for stolen packages that are marked as delivered. 

*It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the courier if a package is lost.

Shipping Method International

By default, we ship international orders via USPS First Class Mail or Fedex economy depending on the size of the package. 

The delivery time for First Class Mail is 10-21 days, from the day that the post office receives the parcel.

The delivery time for Fedex Economy is 5-7 business days.

We have expedited options via USPS, UPS, and Fedex available.

IMPORTANT: International shipping times are not guaranteed and will take much longer than the estimate delivery date due to customs processing, in-climate weather, and a mistake made by the couriers.

Disclaimer: International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for orders seized by customs. Please make sure that you know your country's laws before choosing to import e-liquid. 


Return to sender

Packages marked returned to send are not eligible to receive a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that their order is going to a deliverable address. If you wish to have your product reshipped to a new location you must pay the shipping costs in full.(not the flat rate cost, but actual cost of postage)

IMPORTANT  It is also the customer's responsibility to make sure that you are in compliance with all local laws to prevent the seizure of your order by customs. Be aware of import limits and regulations regarding the import of e-liquid which may be considered a high-risk product in some countries. Orders will only be replaced if the customer pays for shipping.

Om Vapors will not refund any package that is marked as non-deliverable or that is seized by customs.
