Shipping and Returns

All sales are final!

It is your responsibility to make sure all of your information is correct (payment and shipping). We will try our best to make changes after your order is made but it is not guaranteed.

Due to health concerns we cannot refund or reaccept any package that has left or facility whether it has been received or marked returned to sender.

If your package has not left our facility you can request a refund for a 25% restocking fee. 

If you need to make changes to your order please send all changes to or give us a call at 828-668-2732. We will try our best to change your order, but it is not guaranteed.

Processing Times 

We are available Monday-Friday

We are a small business so please be patient with us. We use the weekends to catch up on clerical work and restock items.

8 a.m.- 6 p.m. Eastern Standard time

Most orders will be processed the by the next business day if placed before 2 p.m. 

Normally, processing time is 1-3 business days.

1-5 business days processing time for large sales, international orders, and Bitcoin payments.

Occasionally, we do ship out orders on Saturdays.

Shipping Policy 

Once your package leaves the facility it is in the hands of the postal carrier. If you product is lost in the mail(never marked as delivered), we will resend a replacement for free(one-time to domestic customers only). International customers must pay the full price of shipping to have their order reshipped. Depending on where you live, an adult signature may be required upon delivery. 

Shipping Method Domestic

We ship all packages USPS. Most orders are shipped priority(1-3 business days), or first class(2-5 business days). 

To receive priority shipping the order must be over 1 lb

Shipping Method International

Although Flat-rate shipping worldwide covers the cost for 90 percent of international orders, larger purchases, especially ones made during sales may be subject to higher shipping costs. In order to avoid losing money, you may be invoiced for part of the remaining shipping charges.  Examples of large orders are anything above 3 pounds(glass 30 ml are 3 oz's, while 120 ml's are 9 oz's, plastic bottles are roughly half of these weights). Receipts will be provided if requested.

Return to sender

Packages marked returned to send are not eligible receive a refund as it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that their order is going to a deliverable address. If you wish to have your product reshipped to a new location you must pay the shipping costs in full.(not the flat rate cost, but actual cost of postage)

Replacement orders 

***Important!!! It is also your responsibility to make sure that you are in compliance with all local laws to prevent the seizure of your order by customs. Be aware of import limits and regulations regarding the import of eliquid which may be considered a tobacco product in some countries. 

Any order domestic order (within the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada) that is lost by the postal carrier (never marked as delivered) will be re-sent, one time at no costs. Please allow 7 days after the expected delivery date to make a claim. Please reference your invoice number in the subject of the email to You can also give a call at 828-668-2732 as well.

We are not responsible for stolen packages that are marked as delivered.
