We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $49.99. This applies to all 50 US States, APO addresses, and Unites States territories such as Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, Guam, and more! The best thing about this is that 99% of our orders are shipped out the next business day! If there is a delay, we will email you during your order's first processing day.
- Our default free shipping method is via USPS or FedEx.
- Orders under 1 lb - are shipped First Class Mail(2-7 business days)
- Orders over 1 lb - are shipped via FedEx SmartPost if Smartpost is not the best option then USPS or UPS may be chosen. (2-7 business days).

At Om Vapors we are proud to serve vapers across the globe! We ship anywhere in the world; however, please make sure to comply with your local laws when ordering from us. All shipping rates for international orders are calculated in real-time via the selected courier's website and are based on the weight and distance that your order has to travel. The Couriers available are USPS, FedEx, UPS. We do offer free international shipping to select countries starting at $100 USD.
Please Note: For maximum savings, it is best to order in bulk. Combine your order with a friend or family member so that you only have to place an order every month or so. Doing this makes it easier to qualify for free shipping!

Shipping Methods for International Orders
By default, we ship international orders that qualify for free shipping via USPS First Class Mail or FedEx economy depending on the size of the package.
The delivery time for First Class Mail is 10-21 days, from the day that the post office receives the parcel.
The delivery time for FedEx Economy is 5-7 business days.
We have expedited options via USPS, UPS, and FedEx available.
IMPORTANT: International shipping times are not guaranteed and may take much longer than the estimated delivery date due to customs processing, in-climate weather, and a mistake made by the couriers. Please understand that once the package has left the United States, you will need to contact your local courier for more information.
Disclaimer: International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for orders seized by customs. Please make sure that you know your country's laws before choosing to import e-liquid.
E-Juice, E-cig, and Accessories Return Policy
At Om Vapors we do our best to make sure that customers are satisfied with purchases and try hard to address any concerns. Unfortunately, the solution to your problem will not always result in a second product being sent out.

Most products in the vaping industry are not covered by manufacturer warranty or by omvpaors.com. The following items are not covered under our return policy:
- E-liquid - taste is subjective and varies significantly from device to device, how the e-liquid has been steeped, proper use of equipment, your general wellness, the foods that you eat before vaping, aversions to certain flavorings, etc.
- Hardware that was initially sealed by the manufacturer and has been opened by a customer
- Unsealed hardware and accessories no matter if it has been used or not
- Coils, Pods
- Parts included with your purchase of a tank or mod; such as tank glass, o-rings, or cotton
- Batteries, since it is impossible to determine if user error is to blame
Vape Juice Return Policy
All sales of e-juices are final!
If we have made a mistake, please contact us within seven days, and we will be happy to correct it. :)
Vape Hardware Return Policy
If you have an issue with any hardware, please contact [email protected] or use our contact form within the timeframes below. If you do not contact us, items returned without notifying us will be disregarded.
We only take hardware returns under the following circumstances:
- Exchange - 60 days after ordering
- Wrong Item Received - Within seven days of delivery
- Returns covered by warranty - Please check the packaging of your item to see if the manufacturer offer guarantees.
Conditions That Need To Be Met To Return Vape Merchandise
Exchange – Within 60 days of delivery of your item, you may return unopened items for store credit. The items must be unused and in the same condition that they left our factory. Customers must pay return shipping for their item, and if the product that you ordered is returned in an unacceptable condition then a refund will not be issued, and the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: The cost of shipping during the customer's initial purchase is not eligible for a refund.
Wrong Item Received – Unfortunately, we sometimes make mistakes and in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to [email protected], and they will issue a prepaid USPS return label. We will email the return item label to the email that you have on file unless you inform customer service otherwise. Any incorrect item must be returned unopened if the item is returned opened it will not be eligible for a refund. You will have seven days from your purchase to contact customer service. If the item is not received within 30 days, the return will be canceled.
The manufacturer's warranty covers warranty Returns - Any device that does not operate properly per the manufacturer's design may be eligible for a warranty return. A customer service agent will help you troubleshoot the device and may ask for videos or pictures to help you with your issue. Please do not take offense to this process as we do this so that we can solve your problem as quickly as possible. If your item is deemed defective, we will issue you a prepaid return label so we can take a look at your device. If no fault is found the customer will be responsible for return shipping. We only issue USPS prepaid return labels for U.S. states and territories.
Please Follow these Steps to Return Your Vape Merchandise
To Begin your return contact custome[email protected] so that we can help you troubleshoot your device.
Please package your item correctly to avoid damage during transit. We recommend wrapping your item in bubble wrap to ensure that it makes it safely to our warehouse. If your item isn't appropriately packaged or arrives damaged, it may invalidate your return. If we issue a priority mail padded flat rate envelope, please make sure to use the correct packaging for your return. You can order these from USPS.com or pick them up at your local post office. All other labels such a first-class USP may be affixed to any packaging that is not banded by USPS.
Make sure to include a copy of your invoice with your order to allow for the prompt processing of your return. It will take us 2-5 business days to process your return.
The package must be unopened and contain all original product parts, to be eligible for return. If anything is missing or damaged your return will be voided.
Unless an exception has been approved at the time you receive your return label, your return package must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your prepaid USPS return label.
Please Note: Om Vapors can only replace defective items of the same model. If your color is missing, we will contact you to ask your preference. If the item that you are returning is unavailable, we will offer you the full value of the item in-store credit, minus shipping costs.
If a warranty is not available for your device, we may be able to troubleshoot it at our office. If our efforts are unsuccessful, we will offer you store credit for the value of the item, minus shipping.
Changing Order Information Or Items
We will do our best to make any changes that you request, but it is not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to make sure all of your information is correct (billing and shipping).
If you need to make changes to your order, please send all changes to [email protected] or give us a call at 828-668-2732. We will try our best to change your order, but it is not guaranteed.
Due to health concerns we cannot refund or re-accept any package that has left our facility.
If your package has not left our facility, you can request a refund.
Note: For customers that place multiple orders packages will be shipped together in one box. We will not refund shipping and handling for any order that has been combined.
Vape Mail Issues: Damages, Return to Sender, etc.
Important: Om Vapors is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Delayed Vape Mail. In order to protect your vape mail remember to purchase insurance during checkout.
Packages/Items Damaged in Transit
Do not open your parcel if it is damaged in transit, please reject the package by telling the delivery driver or by returning it to the appropriate post office as soon as possible, and contact [email protected]. If the packaging is unopened, this will clear you of responsibility for damages. If you open your package, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours, and include pictures of your order.
Lost/Stolen Vape Mail
*We are not responsible for stolen vape mail that is marked as delivered.
Please reach out to [email protected], and we will assist the customer with filing a claim if a package is lost or stolen.
Return To Sender And Undeliverable Packages
Packages marked returned to send are not eligible to receive a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that their order is going to a deliverable address. If you wish to have your product reshipped to a new location, you must pay the shipping costs in full. (not the flat rate cost, but the actual cost of postage)
IMPORTANT It is also the customer's responsibility to make sure that you comply with all local laws to prevent the seizure of your order by customs. Be aware of import limits and regulations regarding the import of e-liquid which may be considered a high-risk product in some countries. Orders will only be replaced if the customer pays for shipping.
Om Vapors will not refund any package that is marked as non-deliverable or seized by customs.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit it is up to you, the purchaser to contact USPS for a resolution.
In order to make this process easier, we've added the option to purchase shipping insurance.
When you order from Om Vapors you can purchase insurance worth up to $5000 to cover the value of your package. Please note that USPS does not consider shipping costs as part of the value of the package, the value of the package only includes the cost of the contents that are being delivered. To reclaim shipping costs you will have to contact USPS to file a claim.
By default USPS Priority mail includes $50 of insurance but you may want to purchase more if you make an order that's worth more.
